Technical specifications

Folded sheet frame and automatically welded by submerged arc system, detachable, with joints constructed in plates and taken with bolts, grade 5.

The lift is performed by means of two cylinders with threads records and stoppers to achieve the desired depth.

The chassis up to 44 discs have cylinders 3. The major teams have 4 cylinders.

Boxes or racks: each disk pack is supported by a shaft section 38 mm round. SAE 5140 steel, with separators reels cast steel and cast rocker boxes, built with double adjustable tapered roller N9 30211 and two double lip seals, making an armored perfect.

The rear and front bodies are regulated by a lever system to rack achieving a quick and perfect cutting angle for each spot.

Clean discs paddle type scraper with special steel arm mounted on a rigid frame bent sheet with registration in two directions.

Mounted on four wheeled tire 750 x 16, with two axes of square section of 2 1/2, SAE 1045 steel, with adjustable tapered roller N9 NQ 30206 and 30208 with Vicente catch harrows 1345 in 40 to 48 discs. From 48-64 discs come with four wheeled 1000 x 16 with bearings NQ 30208 and NS 30211 with detents Vicente 2315. In Dredge 28-36 discs is provided with two rolled 1000 x 16 and axes of square section 2 ½, with bearings NQ 30208 and 30211 and catch Vicente N9 2315

Toothed discs in the front and rear sections smooth, with a spacing of 230 mm. As needed, it can be provided with all jagged or smooth discs.

Cast housing SAE 1010.

Specially designed by our technical department. It has adjusting nut for regulating rollers and locknuts to ensure a perfect adjustment of the rollers. Alemite and incorporates a valve to allow discharge of fat when it is overloaded.

Bushing and cast steel lid with special alloy for high impact, two adjustable tapered roller N-30211 two double lip seals ensuring a perfect shield to prevent penetration of dirt and foreign bodies.
